World of Warcraft

This game is amazing! You get really hooked so fast but it's really fun! This is rated T for teenager so anyone who's younger than 13 shouldn't play. This is a massive online game that's sweeping the nation...well, already swept the nation, because there are 8 million people already playing! You make your character with choices from the alliance to the horde and then you enter the world...of warcraft! The goal of this game is to finish quests, level up, and of course have fun! The game has a whole economic system were you can buy and sell things at either the auction house or at vendors located in towns or traveling on the road.
This game has characters from all around the world so have fun playing the game!

Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson and Donna Diamond

This book was an excellent book and it made an excellent movie! This was definitely in my top 10 best books I've ever read! This book is very sad at the end but it was so amazingly written it made me cry! I loved this book for its detail and I could tell that the writer was enjoying it when she was writing it. This book tells the story of a farmboy "Jess" and his new neighbor shows him things and shares experiences with him that change his life forever! This book enlightened me with every word I read! This book inspired me to do things I would never dream of before I read it!

The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan

This is a wonderful sequel to The Lightning Thief. It shows you impossible situations that the main characters somehow solve. When they figure out things in this book you immediately think,"Wow, that's true, I never thought of that!". In this book they have to find the golden fleece. This fleece is magical and can heal anything, including a magical tree which they need to heal to save all the half bloods. If you don't understand what I just said you can read both books because this one is ages 10 and up! This book does require that you read the first book first.

Words of Stone by Kevin Henkes

This was a great book of friendship. The author had a great idea of labeling the chapters by the characters who's point of veiw it was from. I liked this book from the beggining of the book to the end. I realized the end of the book from the beggining of it but it still didn't ruin the book. I loved the book for everything in it! This book is good for 8-12 year olds.

Molly Moon's Incredible Book of Hypnotism by Georgia Byng

This is an adventure book with a surprise behind every corner. The book has many twists in it that make it work in the end. This book is about how anyone can be what they want to be if they try. It is the story of an orphan named Molly who gets a magical book that teaches her to hypnotize people. This book talks about the issues of everyday life for kids, like dogs and friends. The villain in the book is looking for Molly and trying to get her powers. But Molly gets away, and his plot is foiled. This book is great for 8-12 year olds.

Hatchet by Gary Paulsen

This book tied together really well. The setting and the main character fit together like gears in a machine. The author wrote it so you felt like Brian, the main character, did. There were some other unbelievable situations, but somehow the writer made them work. Some foods that Brian ate, that I would never try in a million years, sounded appetizing and restaurant-worthy. Brian hunted and worked in a way that really seemed real which made me like the book even more. This book is good for 9 year olds and up!

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

This book was amazing! Greek mythology meets the modern day. Percy Jackson, the main character, takes his ancient friends across the continent to save the world from a godly feud that could result in the destruction of the world! Percy and his human friend, Annabeth, and Grover, who is a centaur, travel from New York to Los Angeles to find the peron who framed Percy Jackson. This person framed Percy for stealing Zeus's lightning bolt. This is a story that has some action and some Greek mythology with it. I recommend this book to 9-12 year olds but if you want to read a little bit about Greek history then go ahead and read it.
